As a Front Desk Receptionist at My Village Pediatric Dentristy, your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with dentists, dental assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Accept constructive feedback
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving
  • Must be a Team Player
  • You must have 2 years office experience (desired)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legible handwriting
  • Basic Computer skills (prefer Google suite experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Someone with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs.
  • Overall someone who is respectful to fellow team members, patients, and the Doctor and is genuinely nice and kind.

Responsibilities

  • Patient scheduling and confirmation
  • Dental health records
  • Maintaining patient accounts
  • Insurance eligibility
  • Direct customer service
  • General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed
