The Front Desk Receptionist at The Center of Imaging Excellence plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for patients. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for greeting them upon arrival and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires managing a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced environment, checking patients in, obtaining necessary insurance information, and processing payments for co-pays and uninsured visits. Additionally, the receptionist will schedule appointments for both new and recurring patients and will proactively call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of communication and problem-solving skills. While prior medical experience is preferred, the organization is willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
