About the position
The Front Desk Receptionist/Greeter at Sunrise Toyota North is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and assisting customers in a professional manner. This full-time position requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy showroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
- Greet all customers entering the showroom.
- Assign customers to sales consultants as needed.
- Perform light data entry tasks.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Attend to customers on the showroom floor and on the phone.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Familiarity with automotive sales environments.
