About The Position

The Front Desk Receptionist at Waterstone of Lexington plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to residents and visitors in a senior living community. This part-time position involves working every other weekend from 3pm to 8pm, where the receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and performing various administrative tasks. The role is integral to ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for seniors and their families.

Requirements

  • Pleasant demeanor and ability to work well with others.
  • Some office experience is helpful.
  • Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Computer and phone experience is necessary.
  • Experience in a Senior Living or Assisted Living community is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and manage reception duties.
