Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism in both English and Spanish.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.
  • Verify patient information and insurance coverage accurately.
  • Assist with patient intake by completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  • Collect payments, process transactions, and maintain billing records.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Provide language interpretation services for patients as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and waiting room.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
