We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our Recreation Center. This position is essential for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing bookings and inquiries related to the recreation center's facilities and programs.

  • Greet and assist visitors and guests at the front desk.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding the recreation center.
  • Manage bookings and reservations for facilities and programs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments for services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Experience working in a recreational or community center setting.
