Receives all incoming calls to the Crossroads main telephone number. Assists callers and directs calls to the appropriate departments or individual. Monitors completion of intake paperwork and completeness of entries into the Homeless Management Information System and completes administrative tasks as assigned. Available openings: Part-time 7am-3pm Saturday & Sunday
