About The Position

We are in search of a Front Desk Sales Consultant who is interested in growing with us. We pride ourselves on our positive and gratifying work environment and are looking for a dynamic, outgoing team player to join our team. The base hourly rate plus COMMISSIONS have earnings potential that is very aggressive for this role, with no cap! Our better team members in this role earn over $20 per hour with commissions! SALES Background, or MEMBERSHIP SALES experience needed to apply! This retreat is led by very involved owners who have a passion for health and wellness and are very involved in the day to day operations. We are seeking quality people who want to work in a dynamic atmosphere with great potential to move up! Massage Heights in 4S Ranch is family owned and operated. We are hiring full and part-time Lifestyle Consultants . You will be trained to give our guests and members great customer service, as well as offering affordable massage and facial wellness programs. We are looking for energetic, Nordstrom level customer service, sales-oriented team members who care about our guests and fellow team members, get massages and facials routinely, know superb customer service, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Must have sales or retail and guest service experience
  • Strong understanding of basic computer software and ability to learn new systems
  • Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
  • Passion for communicating with people and providing exceptional service on a consistent basis
  • MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Confidently recommend products and services to guests based on services rendered and recommendations of therapists
  • Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists to meet their needs
  • Greet guests and members in person and on the phone with a positive demeanor
  • Educate guests on current sales promotions and special offers
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Exhibit a team player mentality
  • Demonstrate dedication to achieving both individual and team sales goals
