About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for efficient and effective patient and telephone reception within the Hospital. Provide courteous greeting and information to all callers. Record messages for medical staff and ensure prompt delivery of message. Be the point of contact for all hospital code and miscellaneous announcements. Greet clients in the reception area. Monitors lobby and exits. FLEX/PRN Position - No benefits

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of one year administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in customer service or healthcare also preferred
  • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
  • Solid communication and customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Hospital safety policy and procedures
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally in clear concise manner
  • Push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Intermittent sitting, standing, walking, bending and stooping
