The Role: The Receptionist must understand the importance of providing outstanding customer service and be able to interact effectively with owners, residents, prospective residents, and vendors. The Receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within the office to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls, resident relations, filing, document generation, managing office supplies, and vendor management. This position requires multitasking, technical proficiency, attention to detail, and accuracy. The incumbent in this role must possess a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement for our residents and the workforce. An Aptitude for Connecting - Must possess a strong sense for creating a sense of community, as well as the drive to go the extra mile to create a positive experience for all residents and staff.
