About The Position
WHO WE ARE: The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a highly motivated and experiened Front Desk Lead, to oversee the front desk operations at our salon. In this role, you will be required to greet and welcome guests, tend to their questions and complaints, manage booking and appointment schedules, ensure that the reception area is professionally maintained. To be a successful Front Desk Lead, you should possess strong time management and organizational skills, along with memberhsip experience. A top-notch front desk lead should provide exceptional customer service and strong leadership skills for cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you! WHAT WE DO: The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence. Requirements
- 2+ years customer service or retail sales experience
- 1+ years membership sales
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
Responsibilities
