About The Position

If you are the kind of person who makes everyone feel like they belong, we built this role for you. This is not a typical receptionist job. At Phoenix, our Hospitality Specialist is the heartbeat of the office. The first voice people hear. The first face they see. The person who sets the tone for every single interaction we have with our patients, families, and team. We are not looking for someone to answer phones. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves people and takes pride in making every person feel like they just walked into a place that cares. "I choose Phoenix because it is my second home. We are family. I want everyone to feel as though they are being welcomed into my home." Renee, Hospitality Specialist Supervisor, Springfield MO Why Phoenix is different Most companies talk about culture. At Phoenix our mission is built on Christ-like values of compassion, honesty, and patience. That is not a tagline. It is how we hire, how we lead, and how we show up every single day for our patients and each other. When you join Phoenix you are not taking a job. You are becoming part of a family that is genuinely invested in your growth and your future. You are the first impression for everyone who walks through our door or calls our office. That includes patient families, field clinicians, business partners, and vendors. You will manage a high volume of calls on a multi-line phone system, keep the office running with precision and warmth, and look for opportunities every single day to make the people around you feel supported. No two days are the same. This role moves fast and rewards people who can think on their feet, stay organized under pressure, and bring a positive attitude no matter what the day throws at them. Our mission is to offer New Beginnings and meaningful opportunities to our caregivers and clinicians, built on innovation, skill, and Christ-like values of compassion, honesty, and patience. We are taking the journey with you. Choose Phoenix, Apply today.
