We are looking for individuals who enjoy customer service and are able to work a variable schedule including weekends. Requirements
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED (nice to have but not required).
Responsibilities
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Other duties as required with the department.
