Requirements

2+ years in hospitality, high-end retail, or customer service
Strong communicator who stays calm, organized, and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and eager to learn new clinical skills
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred

Responsibilities

Greet and guide patients with a warm, professional presence
Manage registration, scheduling, and insurance updates with accuracy and efficiency
Help patients understand services, including advanced offerings like genetic testing
Prepare patients for imaging and ensure comfort throughout their visit
Assist technologists, including IV starts (we’ll train you)
Maintain clean, organized exam rooms while keeping pace with a high-volume workflow
