You’ll split your time between creating a welcoming, concierge-style experience and supporting our imaging team in a busy, energetic setting.
Requirements
- 2+ years in hospitality, high-end retail, or customer service
- Strong communicator who stays calm, organized, and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and eager to learn new clinical skills
- High school diploma required

- Bachelor’s preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and guide patients with a warm, professional presence
- Manage registration, scheduling, and insurance updates with accuracy and efficiency
- Help patients understand services, including advanced offerings like genetic testing
- Prepare patients for imaging and ensure comfort throughout their visit
- Assist technologists, including IV starts (we’ll train you)
- Maintain clean, organized exam rooms while keeping pace with a high-volume workflow
