About The Position

Smith Hair Salon is looking for a confident, outgoing, and guest focused Front Desk Experience Host to be the welcoming face of our Temecula location on Fridays and Saturdays.
This role is ideal for someone who loves people, enjoys sales in a genuine and helpful way, and takes pride in supporting a high performing salon team. You play a key role in the guest journey, helping guests feel cared for while also driving rebookings and retail recommendations that support their hair goals.

Requirements

• Friendly, polished, and professional personality
• Comfortable with sales, rebooking, and retail conversations
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable availability every Friday and Saturday
• Positive team mindset and willingness to jump in where needed

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional first and last impression for every guest
• Check guests in and out smoothly and professionally
• Confidently recommend and sell retail products that fit each guest’s needs
• Drive rebookings and future appointments before guests leave
• Answer phones, manage schedules, and assist with daily operations
• Support stylists and managers to keep the salon running efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
