About The Position

Howard Family Dental is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team of professionals. This is a full-time position located in Pooler, GA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Must pass background and drug background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that supplies are used cost-effectively and post patient charges accurately.
• Verify all insurance and communicate this information to clinical staff and patients.
• Communicate and note all financial obligations to the patient for each procedure.
• Receive payment and credit all accounts properly.
• Follow scheduling guidelines to ensure manageable and profitable schedules for dentists and hygienists.
• Communicate with coworkers in a positive and caring manner to foster a team-first attitude.
• Achieve goals through active participation in a recall program.
