About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for our South Asheville, NC location. This is a full-time opportunity available from Wednesday to Saturday, with part-time options requiring availability on Saturdays. We are looking for individuals who are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with a passion for health and wellness and a love for sales. The role involves providing world-class service to our patients and contributing to the growth of our chiropractic care services in the wellness industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least one year of previous sales experience.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage the flow of patients through the clinic.
• Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Office management or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Gaining memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in.
• Answering phone calls.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
• Supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
• Presenting and selling memberships and visit packages confidently.
• Keeping management informed of member concerns and following policies and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Accepting constructive criticism positively.
