Requirements

• 1-2 years of front desk experience is preferred
• Strong ability to multitask
• Familiarity with Excel
• Must be polished and professional both on the phone and in person
• Able to spend the majority of the workday operating the front desk
• A welcoming, approachable, and positive attitude
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet team members and guests
• Distribute and postage mail for MAC (MB2- Athletic Center)
• Assist with locker room maintenance, washing towels, folding towels, and refilling soap
• Track office supply usage for restock purposes
• Restock coffee, water, snack stations, and breakroom supplies daily
• Maintain front lobby cleanliness and organization
• Notify vendors for repairs
• Clean and maintain gym space, wiping down machines, re-racking weights
• Set up for guest-guided classes
