Knowledge Services is seeking a customer service-focused individual for a Front Desk Coordinator position, also referred to as an Eligibility Assistant, with the FSSA / Division of Family Resources (DFR) in New Castle, IN. This role involves providing general office support and assistance to caseworkers and clients applying for public assistance programs such as TANF (cash assistance), SNAP, and Medicaid. The Eligibility Assistant staff are responsible for front desk duties, including collecting paperwork, processing applications, and assisting clients.
