About The Position

The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors and helps maintain a welcoming, organized office environment. This role is focused on in-person support and office coordination and does not include phone responsibilities.

  • Comfortable interacting with employees, visitors, delivery personnel, and building staff

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk in a friendly and professional manner
  • Notify and alert employees when their individual visitors arrive
  • Sign for incoming packages and manage package shipping as needed
  • Check and distribute daily mail
  • Stock and maintain the employee food package/snack area
  • Coordinate with Building Management regarding access, facilities, and office needs
  • Obtain, track, and distribute building entry keys or access credentials
  • Monitor the front desk area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable
  • Provide general office management support and assist with other needs as they arise
