About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator in Eagan, MN. This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with a passion for health and wellness and a love for sales. The position involves providing world-class service to patients and contributing to the growth of the chiropractic care industry. The schedule includes working Tuesday through Friday and every other Saturday. The role requires travel to other clinics within Eagan, Apple Valley, and Burnsville.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least one year of previous sales experience.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Office management or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Gaining memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
• Recognizing and supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
• Presenting and selling memberships and visit packages confidently.
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Accepting constructive criticism positively and using it as a learning tool.
