About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator in Coral Springs, FL. This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with a passion for health and wellness and a love for sales. The position involves providing world-class service to patients and contributing to the growth of the chiropractic care industry. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, and the pay is competitive at $15 per hour plus bonuses. Bilingual candidates in Spanish and English are preferred.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least one year of previous sales experience.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Office management or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls and re-engaging inactive members.
• Participating in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients.
• Educating patients on wellness offerings and services.
• Managing the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies.
