About The Position

Front Desk Concierge Weekend Part-Time Stratton Amenities provides luxury front desk concierge services to high-rise and Class A residential communities. We focus on professionalism, consistency, and delivering a polished resident experience. We are hiring a Weekend Front Desk Concierge to support one of our upscale residential properties. This is a part-time position requiring consistent weekend availability. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a structured, high-expectation environment.

Requirements

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, residential, hotel, or luxury customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain composed and decisive in high-traffic or sensitive situations
  • High level of reliability and punctuality
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors
  • Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and composed manner
  • Manage package intake, logging, storage, and resident notifications
  • Answer and direct phone calls with accuracy and professionalism
  • Monitor lobby activity, access control, and security cameras
  • Conduct routine safety and property walks as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the front desk and lobby areas
  • Document incidents and communicate updates to property management
  • Follow all company SOPs and client-specific protocols
