About The Position

We’re seeking a polished, personable, and service-driven Front desk/concierge to help create exceptional experiences for our residents, guests, and prospective home buyers. If you love hospitality, enjoy creating warm and inviting spaces, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is the perfect fit. As the Front of House Club Host, you will set the tone for every visit to our Clubhouse and Amenity Center. You’ll be responsible for delivering an elevated guest experience, overseeing daily clubhouse readiness, supporting community operations, and assisting both the Property Manager and Lifestyle Director. This is a highly interactive, resident-focused role where warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly shine.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all residents, guests, and visitors with a genuine smile
  • Build rapport with residents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
  • Provide guided tours for prospective buyers when needed
  • Prepare complimentary coffee or assist with beverage/snack purchases from vending options
  • Conduct a morning walkthrough to ensure all lights, TVs, and spaces are guest-ready
  • Reset pillows, furniture, and décor to maintain a polished appearance
  • Check and tidy the coffee station; ensure areas remain clean throughout the day
  • Confirm pool gates and gym entry points are properly secured
  • Continue walkthroughs every two hours to ensure consistent cleanliness and readiness
  • Refill coffee, tea, flavored water packets, cups, and condiments throughout the day
  • Monitor supply levels and notify the Lifestyle Director before stocks run low
  • Create, track, and close work orders efficiently
  • Maintain open work order reports and communicate with vendors
  • Assist with filing and administrative tasks
  • Collect and submit ARC applications
  • Cheerfully answer phones and respond promptly to emails
  • Schedule resident appointments and place calls on behalf of the Property Manager
  • Assist with event setup, day-of needs, guest check-ins, and cleanup
  • Serve as a liaison with event vendors
  • Capture resident photos during events
  • Contact vendors for pricing, availability, or confirmations
