About The Position

We are seeking a professional and friendly Concierge/Front Desk professional to join our team in Beverly, United States. As the first point of contact for our guests and residents, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience for all who enter our community.

Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people
  • Experience working with the senior population is highly valued
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Physical abilities to perform job duties, including standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Beverly area and local amenities is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Answer and screen incoming calls, providing information and directing inquiries as needed
  • Monitor security systems, including alarms and resident emergency call systems
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail for the community
  • Maintain and update emergency contact information and resident face sheets
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including the Business Operations Director
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate in all scheduled in-service training sessions
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures
  • Assist with marketing efforts by providing community information to potential residents and their families
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the community
