About The Position

The Front Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for a large condominium community with over 1,000 residents. This role is responsible for providing professional, courteous, and efficient front desk services while ensuring the safety, security, and smooth daily operations of the property.

Responsibilities

  • Attend the front desk in the reception area during assigned shifts
  • Greet and check in residents, guests, visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional manner
  • Verify identification, issue access credentials, and log entries according to HOA policies
  • Answer and direct calls via the building’s switchboard system
  • Respond to emails and written inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Accept forms, packages, and documentation and route them to the appropriate department
  • Address general questions and miscellaneous inquiries from residents and visitors
  • Enforce condominium rules and regulations consistently and diplomatically
  • Monitor front desk activity to ensure building security and compliance
  • Communicate issues, incidents, or concerns to management as needed
