About The Position

Join the experience as we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Front Desk Concierge at ROOST Baltimore. A Front Desk Concierge plays a crucial role in hospitality and customer service environments, providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring their experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Requirements

  • Be detailed oriented, able to work individually and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be computer savvy and be a quick learner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public in a thoughtful sincere manner.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (read, write, speak) with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays if necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Daily operational tasks for the open and close of business day.
  • Monitoring tasks associated with arrivals, departures and weekly's stays.
  • Working closely with housekeeping to ensure quality control and ROOST standards are met.
  • Creating and posting invoices, auditing all reservations and ensure guest requests are recorded and met.
  • Assisting in monitoring A/R Aging and general billing duties.
  • Make first contact and monitor guest complaints.
  • First point of contact for front desk agents.
  • Monitor, train and supervise front desk on daily basis. Ensuring tasks and procedures are completed and followed.
  • Help innovate, streamline and implement current and future SOP's.
  • Additional tasks as required by business needs. (These tasks are meant as an outline and not a definitive list of responsibilities.)
