The position serves as the first point-of-contact for the general public, responsible for greeting and registering guests and visitors. The role includes answering phone calls, returning email inquiries, and managing daily mail distribution. The employee will provide accounts payable support using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, monitor office supply inventory, and facilitate the scheduling and setup of meeting rooms. Additionally, the employee will manage the ordering of food and beverages for meetings and handle breakdown and cleanup as requested. Other tasks and projects may be assigned as needed.
