Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel environment, is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Capable of managing various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-In and Check-Out : Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, verifying guest information and processing payments accurately.
  • Reservations Management : Handle reservations through various channels, including phone, email, and online booking systems. Confirm bookings, make adjustments, and manage cancellations.
  • Customer Service : Greet guests warmly upon arrival, address inquiries and requests promptly, and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks : Perform clerical duties such as managing phone calls, maintaining guest records.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs.
