Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with computers and willingness to learn new software systems.
• A team‑oriented mindset and a genuine desire to make each guest feel welcome.
• Weekends and holidays required throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a friendly check-in and check-out process.
• Serve as the campground’s information hub—answer questions, provide directions, and share local tips.
• Handle payments, deposits, and reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Run daily reports, file maintenance requests, and help keep office operations organized.
• Communicate regularly with your Property Manager and teammates to ensure smooth coordination.
• Help resolve guest concerns with patience, professionalism, and a smile.
• Support special events, activities, and other duties as needed to enhance the guest experience.
