Requirements

Proficient English language
Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing tasks to meet organizational goals and business needs.
6 months Customer Service Experience.
Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Able to stand for prolonged periods of time

Nice To Haves

Front Desk/Guest Services Agent experience
Cash/credit card transactions experience
Resort Hospitality or related industry experience

Responsibilities

Greets guests and owners on arrival.
Check in/out guests.
Generates folio and collects payments.
Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
Answering phones and directing calls.
Other duties as assigned.
