Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, assist with smooth check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a professional and hospitable environment throughout their stay.
• Efficiently manage room assignments based on guest preferences, group status, and loyalty memberships, while handling same-day and future reservations.
• Provide informed recommendations on hotel services, local attractions, entertainment, and events to enhance the guest’s overall experience.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, apply qualified discounts, and maintain accurate billing and account records.
• Support guest use of secure deposit boxes, complete all front desk reports, and follow established procedures for financial and operational policies.
