Responsibilities As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be: Greeting guests and owners on arrival. Checking in/out guests. Generating folios and collecting payments. Receiving housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacting appropriate departmental personnel. Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies, including preparing arrival packets and area information. Answering phones and directing calls. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Proficient English Language
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
  • 6-month Customer Service Experience
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Front Desk/Guest Services Agent.
  • Cash/Credit card transactions.
  • Background in Resort Hospitality or related industries.
