Job Duties: · Greet the guest and vendor’s – help with point of contact for · Building tenants and visitors by providing information and directions · Manage visitor sign in and issue visitor badges as necessary. · Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently. · Communicate effectively with building management, tenants, and service providers. · Monitor cameras’ (important) · Moniot the parking garage entrance · Monitor loading dock door. Open for vendor’s and contractor’s, have them sign in at the front desk. · Team different departments of guest in the lobby area. (Basement to the 17 th floor) · Permit Dept. (food permit, Room 108, outside Dallas Street . · Permit Dept. – visitors who have questions about their project and / or permits for their property (First floor). · Receive plats for the platting group contact them · Purchasing Dept. time stamp all packages going to purchasing dept. from FedEx / UPS
