About The Position
Come join us seasonal at our RV Park as a Front Desk Clerk! We are looking to add someone to our team seasonally from March to November. This role is a 8:00 am - 4:30 pm working Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Job Overview: Assists RV Park guests with check-in/check-out and answers questions regarding services of casino and community owned businesses while applying high guest service standards. Requirements
- Six months' sales, guest service and/or hospitality experience.
- Ability to pass basic math test.
- Must have working knowledge of cash register operations.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
- Capacity to handle and lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes and registers guests.
- Processes cash and credit sales transactions using RV Park and storage software.
- Makes reservations for in-person guests and over the phone.
- Prepares cash register shift reports and cash counts at the end of shift.
- Ensures late check-in lists are accurate and completed daily.
- Monitors retail operation; provides asset protection.
- Utilizes golf cart to deliver firewood to RV sites upon request.
- Responds to guest questions related to merchandise sold in shop and services provided by the casino and other community owned businesses; providing guests with personal attention.
- Restocks store merchandise, firewood and bags ice on a daily basis.
- Assists with monthly and annual inventory counts.
- Maintains the order and cleanliness of store, RV Park and storage facility.
- Assists with pickup of trash and cleans firepits when needed.
- Assists with cleaning out vacant storage units.
