We are looking for a Full Time Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Sunrise Ridge Resort, an outstanding resort located at the doorstep of America’s most visited national park. Requirements

  • No experience required
  • A professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proficient English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize.

Responsibilities

  • Greets guests and owners on arrival.
  • Check in/out guests.
  • Generates folio and collects payments.
  • Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
  • Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
  • Answering phones and directing calls.
