About The Position

The Front Desk Clerk at Hilton Grand Vacations plays a crucial role in ensuring that every guest and owner has a positive and memorable experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities

  • Greets guests and owners on arrival.
  • Check in/out guests.
  • Generates folio and collects payments.
  • Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
  • Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
  • Answering phones and directing calls.
  • Other duties as assigned.
