ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk- Seasonal - Lakeland Campground in Milton, Wisconsin. Wha t you’ll do: At Lakeland Campground, Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service and help create memorable guest experiences. Fun Campground environment that is relaxed but professional. Enjoy meeting new people, and creating new experiences, all while making money. Your job will include: Act as the property liaison providing guests and residents with information and responding to questions in person and over the phone. Process payments and deposits. Check-in arriving guests. Directing them to their appropriate camping site Processing sales from the general store R un reports and submit maintenance request forms. Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently any concerns, issues, or recommendations in a timely and professional manner. Prioritize customer satisfaction and service recovery Making Ice Cream!!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service and service recovery skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
- Friendly personality and l ikes to have fun!
- Valid Drivers License and updated insurance
- Weekends and Holiday may be required regularly
