About The Position

As a Front Desk Representative, you will welcome our guests, and by understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own the experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests by providing memorable service, anticipating their needs, and resolving any complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics
  • Manage guest room check-ins and check-outs, including early and late arrivals/departures and walk-ins, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
  • Answer phones and address guest inquiries promptly, offering assistance and information as needed
  • Enhance the guest experience by offering upgraded accommodations where available
  • Partner with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and fulfill special requests
  • Ensure accurate posting of charges and credits, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance all cash and cash equivalents following property cash handling procedures
  • Control and issue keys while promoting the security, privacy, and confidentiality of all guests
