The Front Desk Check-In member is responsible for creating an amazing, positive patient experience through patient acknowledgement and assistance in support to our Patient-Centered approach. Must be dependable and reliable. Greets, instructs, directs and schedules patients. Serves as liaison between patients and the medical support staff. Performs and follows through with assigned activities inherent to the operations and needs of the department under the direction of the Assistant Manager and/or the Administrator. Works closely with all other front desk and billing support staff to ensure efficiency and optimal delivery of services.
