About The Position
HealthFitness is looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Attendant to support the fitness team at our corporate client site in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service in a wellness‑focused environment. Schedule: Thursdays | 4:30–8:30 PM
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
- Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet, check-in and assist customers.
- Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
