Your interactions with our guests will have an important impact and set the tone for their entire stay. As a customer-oriented team member you have good communication, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills, and love to have variety in your daily work.

Requirements

• Be friendly and smiling
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Helping guests throughout their entire stay, from arrival to departure
• Inputting and retrieving information from our reservation system, assisting with reservations, and providing directions and information as requested
• Having a thorough knowledge of our hotel information including room types, rates, packages, and local areas of interest
• Be the point of contact for all guest requests and communication
