About The Position

Front Desk Attendant Position: Front Desk Attendant Job Type: Part-time Location: FFC Park Ridge Required Shifts: Saturday evenings Compensation: $15 per hour Our Purpose: "To enhance the lives of our members and guests by improving their overall health and well-being." Responsibilities

  • Greet members by name and create a great first impression of the club
  • Check-in members and guests to the club
  • Act as liaison between current and prospective members and Membership Department
  • Answer incoming calls professionally
  • Field all member questions, concerns, and complaints
  • Provide additional support to the Membership Experience Manager as needed
  • Perform opening and closing functions regarding the front desk
  • Take payment as needed and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of the shift
  • Attend all required department and club staff meetings
  • Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers
