Bobby Jones Links is hiring for an Administrative Assistant. Primary responsibilities include: Maintains filing systems as assigned. Creates simple Excel and Word documents. Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution. Processes invoices and checks. Answers member and guest questions in a professional and friendly manner. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
