Looking for a flexible, people-focused role on campus? Harvard Recreation, managed by HealthFitness, is hiring as-needed (# of hours depends on demand) Front Desk Attendant on campus in Cambridge, MA. Be the friendly face that welcomes members and helps create a positive, engaging environment—on your schedule. Availability: Shifts vary, 7 days /week with potential for morning, afternoon and/or evening coverage.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Greet, check-in and assist customers.
- Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
