HealthFitness is looking for a welcoming and reliable Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Minneapolis, Minnesota . In this role, you’ll create a positive first impression by greeting members, assisting with check-ins, answering questions, and keeping the front desk running smoothly. This is an on‑call/substitute position , perfect for someone seeking flexible, as‑needed hours in a professional fitness environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
Responsibilities
- Greet, check-in and assist customers.
- Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
