About The Position

The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging new and existing customers, and participating in administrative tasks to ensure proper communication to customers and the Pet Services Department. This role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, knowledge of canine behavior, and a commitment to upholding company policies and procedures. The Front Desk Attendant will report directly to the Assistant Campus Director and will have opportunities for career advancement within our rapidly growing company. Pay is hourly and will be based on experience. We are looking for both full-time and part-time roles.
