About The Position
The position is focused on proactively meeting individual goals while contributing to the overall objectives of the branch and credit union. The employee will greet members and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere, while also managing the branch's public areas and supplies. Responsibilities include assisting members with account and loan inquiries, organizing service queues, performing cash advances, and maintaining compliance with credit union policies and regulations. The role requires a strong commitment to confidentiality and may involve other assigned tasks.
