Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Customer-service superstar with organization & problem solving skills
- Passion for people and teamwork
Nice To Haves
- Dental office experience a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Greet patients like they’re old friends
- Check them in, manage schedules, and keep the office running like clockwork
- Verify insurance and help patients understand their financial options
- Update records, process X-rays, and handle referrals
